What Makes Us Different?
IT'S THE VALUE ADDED SERVICE which means doing bit more than the contract calls for
or carrying out a function that may not be strictly security related. It means becoming
indispensable.
Our commitment to the security industry, continuous improvement of ideas, and our
determination to maintain the highest standards of personal service is what our
existing clients enjoy so far, and what attracts many other new clients in our
direction.
Unlike many other companies, we do not focus on excessive advertising. In our case
action speaks for itself. For us no job is too big or too small. Every client has a
dedicated Account Assistant who is supported by the Administration and Personnel
departments, and who is fully aware of client's requirements and is responsible for
the client's complete satisfaction.
Every client has a right to change security personnel at any time if not satisfied
for any reason. We believe that effective communication and clients' feedback is
crucial as it ensures that service expectations are met and delivered.
Incident reporting and follow-ups are done via fax, email, mail and phone. |
